My Philosophy

We’re a Team! Everyone should be included

I advocate for full transparency within any team I'm on and when collaborating with cross-functional teams. Beginning each project with a kick-off or alignment meeting, I present the research plan, fostering transparency in planned activities and encouraging the team to voice concerns or suggestions, thereby promoting a collaborative environment.

Research Activities I utilize to Increase Team Transparency + Collaboration : Stakeholder + Alignment Workshops, 1:1 Meetings, User Insight Readouts, Feedback + Check-in Syncs, Research Project Repository and Bi-Weekly Newsletter Updates.

Inclusive Mindset + Leading with Empathy

I believe in leading with empathy and treating others the way I would want to be treated, regardless of the setting. Accessibility and inclusiveness are concepts I'm deeply passionate about in both my professional practice and personal life. I believe that human need and connection are at the core of what we do as UX Researchers and Designers. As a Researcher, it's my responsibility to shape technology based on those needs, advocate for our users' voices, create accessible and user-friendly experiences, all while finding a balance between providing value to the business.

Methods + Activities I Utilize to Maximize a User Centric Culture: Persona + Process Maps , Ideation + Alignment User Feedback Workshops, User Interviews, Survey Design, Inviting Team to Participate in User Interviews and Brainstorming Mural Boards.
